Doctor Appointments and Telemedicine Become Available in the MAX Messenger for Residents of Kuzbass

Netrika Medicine integrates key healthcare services — doctor appointment scheduling and telemedicine consultations — with the national messenger MAX. Patients gain access to electronic medical services through a new communication channel on their smartphones.

The doctor appointment scheduling service via MAX has passed verification and has been launched in the Kuzbass region. Residents of the region can access the service through the chatbot of the Kuzbass Ministry of Health in the national messenger MAX — “Doctor Appointment in Kuzbass.”

In the near future, residents of Kuzbass will also be able to receive telemedicine consultations through MAX.

In addition, the following services will soon become available for our customers:

• Automatic reminders: notifications about upcoming doctor appointments and, in the future, notifications about upcoming preventive medical examinations.
• Extended telemedicine: additional formats of online interaction with medical specialists.
• Signing of medical agreements and consents for medical intervention.

Netrika Medicine is ready to develop an individual implementation plan taking into account the existing IT infrastructure and the architecture of the regional healthcare information system in order to scale this solution to other regions.

• directly with regional data platforms.
